Excellent central location short walk to the La Pepita restaurant, the Puerto Morelos pier & town square and quite a hike. Super friendly and exceptionally nice staff suggested restaurants.

The place was reasonably priced. Appreciated every detail about my quite comfortable 3 nights stay here. The staff were amicable and very very helpful, as I could only expect. The double room was newly renovated with airco, so that guests had essentials...

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are affordable, especially considering the excellent location above the popular LePepita seafood restaurant. You can easily park on the street next to the hotel, making it convenient for those driving. The staff provides a friendly and attentive service, ensuring a pleasant stay. The basic amenities in the rooms, such as air conditioning, add to the comfort.
The only minor issue we encountered was the lack of WiFi in the rooms, which meant my husband had to work from the restaurant below. However, this didn't overshadow our overall experience at this hotel.

The hotel offered us a complimentary welcome drink and snack upon arrival, which was a nice touch. the location was perfect, just a few steps away from the beach and many restaurants and shops. We also enjoyed a stunning view from our room.
There were not enough towels, no soap or shampoo, and some of the lights were not working.

The location was perfect, staff was friendly, and Walter took excellent care of us. the rooftop sitting area and pool were lovely, and the restaurant and bar downstairs were great. the room was comfortable and the bed was cozy. the shower was the best I've had in Mexico. the restaurant owner was super nice.
Felt well taken care of, nothing was too much trouble.
